Prescriptions are generally issued for 6 months at a time if appropriate. Annual review is medically recommended for people on long term medications as your medications need to be monitored. If it is over a year since you have been reviewed please make an appointment with the doctor.
Private prescription requests will be sent to your nominated pharmacy on receipt of payment. The practice will contact you to arrange payment.
